Looking for a story-arc from Marvel's late 70s Godzilla comic book 0

Read it as a kid - best I remember is Agents of Shield shrink Godzilla down to about 8 or 9 inches and Godzilla escapes into the NYC sewer where he (she?) fights rats and eventually becomes ruler of a colony of time-traveling cockroaches who have ESP.

Last story arc of the 1970s Godzilla, from #17 through #24. Godzilla #18, in particular, is the "miniaturized Godzilla in the sewers" issue.
