PGM TTA #27 2 2

I'm hoping for some advice and opinion on this TTA  #27

 

some notes include-

in the top right hand corner on the cover it looks like a piece has been torn off and taped back on.

The top staple is not detached from the cover although in some pictures it might look like it is but it is not.

On the bottom of the spine there is some tape I've looked extremely closely to see if it's covering a spine split and I do not see a spine split

 

thank you for any thoughts and opinions on the grade of this comic

That corner may get you the dreaded "pieces added" nomenclature.

Ah nope, it's taped in place and will not effect the grade at all. It will be graded as if the piece were not there in a Blue label tomb.

Nice.  At what point is Pieces Added applicable?  Is it when book is above a certain grade?

Are those dots on the rear cover raised at all?  The front doesn’t have as many, but it seems like they may be removable “boogers”.  Getting those removed would improve the appearance a lot.

2.0 seems about right, and pretty nice for the grade. Unfortunately though, looks like there's some color touch hits around the edges of the FC... thus a purple restored label seems likely.

Great book. As someone said when I posted my copy for grading, 1 of only 2 Marvel 10-cent superhero comicbooks. Thanks for sharing.

I believe it is one of three, with FF 1 and 2.
