PGM Amazing Spider-Man 361 4 4

Hello grading enthusiasts! She’s in pretty good shape, but there are the two small tears on the bottom front and back cover that do not seem to align with the manufacturing dings at the bottom of the pages. I wonder, how I wonder, how the defects might affect the grade in the eyes of a Cgc professional grader. Thanks guys!!

Those tears may not align with the interior page ones (common for books from this time) and believe it or not, I have seen books with those same cover tears get 9.4-9.6 grades. Granted, if severe, an impact on the grade will be seen. The one on the back is pretty harsh. That being said, I would not be surprised if it came in 9.2-9.4
