To be honest my gut said 7.0 but the ruffled right corner can be typical with 7.5, when there is only 1 color breaking crease at the corner. 6.5 is lowest when coupled with other minor flaws, I say 7.0 final answer as the ticks aren't that big but there ARE a few .
