Crossover grade question

Good morning,

Thanks for your message.  To qualify for cross over, a book would have to be encapsulated in another company's holder.  I don't know what you mean when you say the book is sealed by not encased in plastic.  If it is not in a holder from another company, it wouldn't qualify as a crossover but you could still submit it just as you would a raw book coming in for grading.

For future reference, I imagine he's referring to CBCS's raw graded books. They're graded but not slabbed, and instead placed in a mylar bag/ board with a tamper evident seal. Just trying to be helpful in case you run into a similar query at some point :)
