qlow Posted January 4 Share Posted January 4 I have a couple 90s comics that have some dull staples (no rust) and i was just wondering how much that affects the grade. csaag Posted January 4 Share Posted January 4 The Overstreet guide only mentions that staples are 'clean' at the highest grades.
