PGM Shazam 3 3 3

Not planning on having this book slabbed, but I always loved this throwback cover and want a decent grade raw copy for my collection.  I can't put my finger on how much the manufacturing defect I am curious about affects the overall grade.  

By Mary Marvel's skirt, and by the bottom of the lightning bolt it seems the black ink didn't cover the yellow underneath. It is very obvious.  How much does this defect pul the grade down?

Otherwise, there is a spine tic by the middle of the "C" in Captain Marvel Junior, and also some funkiness in the middle of the spine on the back of the book.

I am more concerned on your opinions as to the color defect on the cover. Thanks!!

Nice copy.

IMO the ink defect will have no effect on the grade.

9.4, possibly better.

I think that it will be accepted as a MFG defect, not affecting grade other than keeping it from being above 9.8.

Curious if your opinion stays the same after a close up of the mess going on the back cover. Otherwise back cover is immaculate for an unpressed book.

Ok...if you're now asking what that defect will now mean to the overall grade of the book...what a shame because the front wrap is gorgeous...imho..
