Big Stain - Worth Slabbing as an Investment?

Hello everyone, I am brand new to this hobby but a lifelong comic book reader.

Based on the stain on the cover and all of the color breaking spine ticks, even this newbie realizes that this Spider-Man book will be graded extremely low by CGC and more importantly, no one will probably ever want to buy it on the marketplace. But because of which book this is, should I invest the $30 to have this pressed and slabbed knowing that as the years roll by it will increase in value even just a little bit?

I have a handful of comic books that I think would be worth having this done with and then leaving them to my wife who could possibly sell them after my death and get some money. Do you guys think it is worth my investment? Thanks!

Nevermind, sorry for my level of ignorance, a quick Google search was all I needed…the FMV of a 4.0 is $60 and is $32 for a 2.0. That tells me that pressing and slabbing this book would have me break even at best and I should realistically never expect to get a buyer to take this off of my hands…right? Seriously big stain!
