VG- condition *(back cover seems to have been sandblasted on the top or something)

$9 First Class 5x7 rigid envelope.. if I have to add cardboard it would be more as I think it would bump me up into the next category. I'm trying to find a good first class postage calculator but for some reason I'm having trouble.. I'll get back to you as soon as I find it!
