Thoughts on the grade? Note the chunk missing from the back cover.

The chunk out of the back cover is obviously going to be the major factor driving this grade.  The book looks pretty five-ish otherwise, but I can't imagine it grading higher than a 3.0 with that kind of a piece missing, plus the large vertical scratch/crease on the front cover.
