Mighty Hal
Clearly, one was "inspired" by the other. Which came first (this is not a "chicken or the egg" question)? Who is the artist? And how do you feel about the doppleganger--flattered, irritated, bemused or--?

The inked piece is the commission Lee Bermejo did for me at NYCC 2011. The color print is to be released soon. I think it's cool to have my piece inspire a print so many years later. Latverian Tourism Board
The Bat suit in your commission is the style they used in the new Batman movie. Very cool. (The movie is incredible, btw)
alxjhnsn
I like it when an artist can make some extra money by selling copies of my commissions as prints. I've had it happen a few times: Yale Stewart Thom Zahler (the first two were actually suggested by my daughter; the third was a gift) BCarter27 and Rick2you2
babsrocks31
Very jealous you acquired a Bermejo piece! Tim Seeley made a print of one of my commissions before. He also uses one of my favorite commissions as his Twitter banner (himself meeting his own characters at a con). NSFW!!! (If I should have posted another way, please tell me). fenip
A comic shop in Brussels made a little print of this one: BCarter27
