Are they distributed to locals upon request or through a lottery, are they company/industry perks, do the artists give them to friends? The only ones that come to mind as missed on the list are Justice League #3 and Fury of Firestorm #61... and those are pretty much the extent of that category as far as I'm aware. Hmmm.... we already sell normal Marvel comics in English in the Philippines, but maybe we should make some Tagalog editions for little kids to check out from the public libraries. Hi Keanu Reeves?
