Sorry for this question as I'm sure it's been answered 100s of times, but how do these signature books work? Does a CGC representative have to be present when the book is signed?

a signature series witness has to be present during the signing so the can verify the signature. With that being said. I am now accepting Identity Crisis books for Brad Meltzer to signed. The signing will be limited so contact me soon to find out all the details.
