asked for grading advice previously and had no response on my conan #1  I know i can get it cleaned and pressed but the interior staining i am unsure about.

As linked, best to start a thread in the Spare a Grade forum for estimate on the grade and can also get feedback on pressing, etc. Also be sure to add good front and back cover photos.

I don't believe that's staining, but tanning from age or exposure to light, heat, other environmental factors.  Paper deteriorates over time due to the acids used in its manufacture.  The page color grade will be affected by the discoloration. 

Perhaps the pages can be improved by some form of "bleaching", but that would be better determined by folks familiar with restoration and conservation practices.  And then it might risk getting a Restored grade.
