lobrac
Posting for a friend who's not on the boards. It looks like it was done for a 90s card set - the only clues are the "#50" and the fact that it is done on "Virginia Romita" strathmore, which means it was probably done for a Marvel card set? Any information would be helpful and I'll pass along to my friend. Thanks!
Bill C
I know it's not much help, but the board may have been something lying around. I have a Marvel cover done on an image comics board, for example.

Michael Browning
The character looks like Jim Shooter’s Broadway Comics heroine, Fatale, though I can’t place the artist. JG Jones did some of his earliest art on the title and the pencils resemble his art, but the inks look more like Dan Panosian or one of the other inkers of that era. Dave Cockrum also did some of his latest work on the book and I always thought his style was overshadowed by his inkers (and it was a far cry from his Uncanny X-Men days). I agree that it has a Panosian, Pacella, type vibe with the inking. Lots of white out, no real depth...looks like early work to me. Lots of re-do and indecision it looks like.
