Can't see much of the spine but I would put that firmly in the mid-grade with all that soiling.

Those added pics helped a bunch! I'd put this at a 5.5 or maybe 6.0. Could be helped with a clean/press. But, those color-breaking creases will prevent it grading much higher. Thanks for sharing!

The stains are my concern .. 5.5 at best

The front looks 5.5 but the back drops it to 3.0 for me.

I have to agree adding that the rippling at the top definitely appears to be more water damage.  3.0 is likely a closer grade than mid at this point with the added photos.

It sure was loved (or hated) by someone.

I'm at about a 5.0. A press will help the presentation but the ticks, creases, and stains cap it out.
