The stain is likely to be the determining factor in the grade but... do you have back cover pics?

I apologize, just added a couple back pics

 

Also the stain does go through to other pages as well but gets lighter as you turn the pages

Stains get hit super hard on modern books. I would be stunned if this got better than 6.5
