I'm having an open house this Sunday,listed my 2 bed,1 bath in Marine Park,Brooklyn for 265k,and I got to thinking,my books are worth about 300k.....what the hell is wrong with me?Maybe I should just make a tent with my CGC books and call it a day.....discuss...:cheers:
