Wrong grade given? 1 1

So I sent in cards to get graded and got the sub grades also. I noticed on one you gave me a 9 but when you do the math it should be a 9.5

The 2 lowest sub grades define the actual grade of the card, which is a 9

From my experience the over all grade will only go up .5  of the lowest grade. They don't go by the average.
