That upper rt corner keeps it out of the 6's I think...5.5 I always loved this cover...the Silver-age Marvel gradated covers do it for me.

That's a lot of wear on the spine but otherwise it's in nice shape and presents very well.

If CGC grades it a little higher I wouldn't be too surprised.
