That's also what I would say! Pages from "La Nuit" are really huge - this one sold on Heritage is 100x66 cm (40'x26'). This Salammbô page, and this one for Lone Sloane, also by Druillet, are even bigger (70x105cm and 117x80) but these are DPS.

Doesn't fit your requirements but just as a fun side note a buddy who sometimes posts here has a painting used as a video game cover that is 11 feet long.

Does Broken Glass Count? (It doesn't to me... but this is 31"x48" if it does for someone else)

Barry Smith did a thing for Valiant that they advertised as the world's largest comic panel, which was something like 26" x 50", and the original art was supposedly the same size.
