When an assassin arrives and tries to take Chase out, the old operative learns that to ensure his future he now must reconcile his past. Dr. Balls Posted August 13 Share Posted August 13 Finally! I was a bit jerked off to find out this was a continuing series (I had no previous knowledge of the property). I was really looking forward to the show wrapping up on the last episode, but then to see the cliffhanger and a release date several years later for the second season made me regret watching it. I’m not sure what that has to do with the show’s failure to communicate to part of the audience that wasn’t familiar with the property (the majority) that the show was a multi-season show. I’m somewhat certain it was not disclosed as “Season 1” on the landing page because I usually try to keep an eye out for that. Bridges could have been out buggering his dog and back on set in 6 months, and I still would have been bent that it was meant to be more than one season, but not advertised that way. Several years = > 2. 2022, 2024. Its been 2. I also forgot there was a writers strike in 2023. I was just pointing out that it hasn't been that long, and the reason(s) for the delay.
