CGC has Qualified 252 when someone 'married' a Jewelers insert ...so most likely they will give yours a Qualified label

My experience with Mark Jewelers inserts is they are attached in the middle of the book, not at the end...I found a shred of paper attached to the upper staple between the last page and back cover.
