Is this book trimmed or is it a manufacturing defect? - Repost From Newbie section. 1 1

I was advised in the Newbie section to repost my question here so as to get more expert "eyeballs" on it. So here it is: 

The first time I looked at it, I thought this book has been trimmed. The more I look at it the more uncertain I become and maybe it is a manufacturing error. If it's not trimmed and I submit to CGC what are the odds of it getting a blue label?

The top is cut a bit close to the logo, but the bottom has more white, so it's probably just a manufacturing defect.
