Glitch ? Under My Submissions 0

Something strange is up with the "My Submissions" page 'CGC Submission Tracking', as the status is INCORRECT.  I have 3 entries, and one is sitting in 'grading/encapsulation'.....but the same entry showed SHIPPED a month ago, and I have received the books in hand - so am VERY perplexed why the entry reverted back to 'grading/encapsulation' after I received them.

 

Thought you should know, and in case anyone else in the same situation.
