Uhm...What!?!

A year ago I sent in two comic books to be cleaned and then graded. Today I checked out the status and see that my items have been shipped back to me. What puzzles me is my one book was graded a 7.5 and in the notes it says there are spine creases and fingerprints on the cover. I can let the crease remark go but fingerprints are there AFTER cleaning?? Wasn't that the whole point of paying to have them cleaned?
