Why this is only a 5.0 I do not know. I haven't checked the grader's notes but there must have been something I missed. Anyway, it is what it is.

I would see the defects on the back covers.  Several stains on the top edge on the back cover may bring the grade down.  As you can see the pop staple at the bottom staple, it's very common manufacturing defect.  It's tough to find it in high grade.
