Submission 4109392 - What Happened (Again!) 0

Dear CGC -

I just saw the above mentioned submission move to G/E/I.  However, line item 3 is not correct.  On the Packing Slip, I put Batman 126 Jock Variant Cover.  But on the submission page, it just says Batman 126.  What is going on?  Please see attached pics.
