This will require some detective work.  Probably switched with another submitter's book at time of encapsulation.  But there's hope.

CGC images all books, so maybe they can see the corresponding image of the switched book, and track that down. The newsstand aspect could help, as there are fewer, I think.

Maybe @CGC Mike can help.

I can't imagine any scenario where the first step is not to contact CGC customer service ASAP.
