PGM - Amazing Spider-Man #30 1965. 3 3

Here's a nice copy of Amazing Spider-Man #30 1965. I would like to hear opinions on a grade, as I'm considering whether or not to send it in for grading. The comic sits flat, and the cover surface is smooth. Besides some of the defects on the cover, the top of the back page seems to have a bit of foxing, and there is what looks like the number 11 written in pencil on the inside title page (as pictured).

The shadow at the top of the back cover and the tanning on both covers will hurt.

Looks like a dust shadow along the top edge of the back...7.0.
