Reholder question - CGC shows book has shipped but cert # has changed and no grade is showing? 0

Does this mean CGC lowered the grade?

No grade showing is normal, but I thought that it is supposed to retain its certification number?

Feel slightly better. Concerned about it receiving a lower grade. I was taking it as a certainty the grade lowered because no grade showing & new cert #.

Reholder due to case crack and the archival paper was showing.

If there was no possibility of damage to the comic book due to the crack then they would not have a reason to regrade. The new cert.# is puzzling and maybe worth a call once you receive the book.

They would have to remove the book from the inner sleeve to adjust the archival paper so hopefully that didn't cause an issue on their end.

I just noticed that the grade date shows the original date it was graded. Logic seems that if it did get regraded it would show a new date? Any thoughts on that? Also shows grader notes as unavailable.

Update - I received the comic today and it maintained its grade and the original cert #. It still shows a different cert # online with no grade under my submissions. 

Bad news - The inner well moves inside the case!
