You can send in multiple submissions in one box.

If you have different tiered submissions (for example, ten books for "standard grading" and five books for "modern grading"), you will need a form specific to each tier (so two forms in the example I provided).  Group the books separately with the specific form for the group.  You may then put those groups of books into one package to send to CGC.
