Hello!

I submitted three separate orders (total of 7 books) in the same box for the upcoming Peach Momoko signing. 

CGC3390166056 (4 books)

CGC2210472067 (2 books)

CGC7944320026 (1 book)

The last order CGC7944320026 is nowhere to be seen, so I am being to worry. According to the artist, the signing is to take place prior to NYCC. Which would technically put the signing at Wednesday (tomorrow)

Can you please find out what is happening with that one order?

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! Due to the recent Hurricane, there have been some delays with entering submissions into the system; however, as long as the submission was received before the deadline, then it will still qualify for the signing event. I see that your other submissions were entered into the system yesterday so you should see your final submission entered into the system today. If you still do not see the submission entered, please contact customer service at 941-360-3990 so they can research this for you. Thank you.

Ok...... so I just received my billing for these three orders and there is a massive.... massive issue. Each order was assigned to a different credit card and all three of these orders ended up being charged to one card.

How they were sent...

CGC3390166056 (4 books) card ending 1108

CGC2210472067 (2 books) card ending 9839

*CCS was charged properly to the above orders*

 

CGC7944320026 (1 book) card ending 2533

*CCS and signing fees for this last order should total $80. Not the $440 i was charged. 

The signing fees for the other two orders were all charged to the card ending in 2533.

Thank you for replying. I have tried now on two separate occasions to email and have messages stating that they are undeliverable both times. Two days ago and once again after seeing your reply. 

I send to the correct email (service@cgc) and I am told that my email to submissions@cgc is not deliverable.
