It's run by one of the members here: Whetteon. It's a site I've spent waaaaay too much time at -- and they (well, one member in particular) keeps picking the next hot books. I buy what he picks then flip 'em the next week for multiple what I paid

 

Of course, there's this one guy who's always making stupid jokes, but I just ignore him.
