Ryan. Posted October 13, 2022 Share Posted October 13, 2022 The signature, sketches and numbering are all located on the inside front cover. The outer acetate cover has no writing or markings on it. According to CGC's current policies would this be graded as: 1. Universal with the interior writing acknowledged but ignored for the grade 2. Universal with the writing factored into the grade 3.
