There are also US and French versions of the set 

The US versions have different back covers for 1-3, but the same for 3 & 4.  The French have the same back covers as the Canadian editions I posted....but in French

I was only 6 years old but this book inspired me to play the baseball. I joined the little league 1.5 years later and played well until my high school years.

Kevin Matchstick lost his Excalibur bat to save dying Kirby Hero.    After Kirby Hero (he was saved but pissed off at Kevin for the interfere) and Joe abandoned him, Mirage told him that bat is no longer in use but he has the Excalibur power inside him.

I love both Mage: Hero Discovered and Hero Defined.   The last series (Mage Hero Denied) sort of lose the edge.  Married with two kids who possessed the powers.  I am sure that Matt Wagner is living through Mage's life at every stage of his life.

Me too.

I had him remarked one of my Mage books.

I have to admit that I had him signed and drew Grendel face with ribbons flying on Primer 2 and all 3 Grendel books but I sold them in a long time ago. Oh well. At least I have this one.
