This is precisely what the board graders have said above: a C&P may result in a one grade increment bump, but the book has too many "uncorrectable" flaws to reach the 6.0 FN level. The back cover is stained rather than soiled, and a non-restorative dry cleaning will never be able to make it white again. Put me in the 4.5/5.0 camp.
