Is there a better resource for promo books than Overstreet?

I know that most promo comics have very little value, but I love collecting them. The problem is that there are just so many, and the vast majority aren't in the Overstreet promo section. Is there a go-to collector on here that is the giveaway guru? I need to know if there was a second issue of the Swivax Story (about a pig vaccine).
