Hello-

 

I have a couple submissions I was wondering if I could get an update on? 

2671003

  • Received: 10/6
  • Service: Fast Track Sig. Modern
  • Status: Received

4131525

  • Received: 9/23
  • Service: In-house Signing Grading
  • Status: Scheduled for Grading

I know the Turnaround Times are estimates, but I would have thought both of these would be further along in the process by now. Any updates would be great. Thanks!

Thank you for your email and all the information. I will have our team look into 2671003. This should be further in the process, but as you know it is the full turnaround time we look at and not how long a submission has been at one stage or another. 

As for 4131525, these books were signed on 10/05/22. This is when your turnaround time begins. This will continue through the process at its current estimated turnaround time. Let us know if you have any other questions
