So way back in 2010 when I signed up I had to have a verified email address so people would know I wasn't a troll on the chat boards.I had Verizon internet at the time and no problem.Flash forwars to a few years back and Verizon drops their connection with Yahoo and teams up with AOL.A free service.I used gmail primarily and never paid much attention to my Verizon account except to pay the bill so now I don't have a verified email. I talked to Verizon several times and never got an answer.Went on their FB siye and could never gat an answer there either.

Do I still need one? I recently switched to fiber optic & can maybe get one if I have to.If I decide to upgrade my account and get the coupons to submit will I need a verified account?
