Baltimore Comic Con submission not recognized 0

As a new customer, I apologize if I'm not familiar with this process. However, my submission handed in at Baltimore Comic Con is not registering. I keep receiving an error message when I put my submission form number into the required box. Form #2761548

I'm in no hurry, I just would like verification that my books have been processed. Thank you for any information you can give,

We are still receiving submissions delivered to us from NYCC and Baltimore Comic Con. Until your submission is received, it will not show on your submission tracking page. I apologize for the delays this has caused. Let us know if you have any other questions.
