Charged Twice For Shipping 0

Good morning. I submitted one comic (Young Avengers #1 - 4/2005 / CGC4236705433) for both pressing and grading last week and noticed I was charged twice for return shipping. It appears the online system interpreted my submission as being for two separate comics. This is my first time sending in a comic for pressing; no idea if I screwed something up.  Is there a way I can be reimbursed for one of the shipping fees? I emailed customer service about this on 11/5/2022, but haven't received a reply.   Thank you.

First I would like to apologize for the delay in getting back to you. I just reviewed our emails and we did not receive any emails from the email associated with your account. As for your issue, you have not yet been charged for the shipping back to you. We only charge for submissions after we have received them in house and confirmed the contents of the package. Rest assured this will be corrected during the receiving stage after our team reviews this. Thank you for your patience. Let us know if you have any other questions.
