Miscolored misprint 0

I have recently seen English language Pokémon Cards with dark blue or even black borders on the back of the cards. (See attached picture as an example)

I was wondering if this sort of discoloration would be recognized as an error if the card was sent in?

I’m unsure if it would fall into the “additional ink” error, another error category, or any recognized error category at all.

Any information you could provide would be welcome and helpful.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately our graders would need to review these cards in hand to determine if each individual card would receive an error designation.
