Batdad007
I just picked up a TNTT 2 (1st Deathstroke) from MyCS.com. It has a 6.5 grade. The notes on it saw OW-WP on the case. The notes online say moderate creasing to cover. I dont see anything like that what so ever. Not saying its a 9.8, but the cover looks good. No spine tic, doesnt look pressed, it has 4 good covers. Unless the inside is hiding something, this grade is not accurate. How do i go about the process of getting this looked at. I didnt submit it originally. All my submissions have been through 3rd parties, but i do have an account.
Lightning55
I don't think there is a remedy for under-graded slabs. You can check the guarantee here: https://www.cgccomics.com/grading/cgc-guarantee/ You can crack it and resubmit for less than $30. That's what I would do if I was confident that it would grade higher. But it is a bit of a risk.
LowGradeBronze
Plenty of mid grade comics look as nice as that but in hand it's readily apparent why it's not a higher grade. I wouldn't bother cracking it. If you want a higher graded copy they are out there.
theCapraAegagrus
You have to re-submit it yourself.
Batdad007
Thanks, I have a 9.6 as well. I haven’t cracked it. I just picked it up from MCS from an auction. I thought about it, but just wanted to make sure before i did.

Popular Post zzutak
The front cover definitely looks pretty sharp. So now let's check out the back. Zoom in for extra clarity. Anyone else see that long color-breaking crease across the bottom-left corner of the back cover? For the benefit of any/all noobs who might stumble across this thread, please be advised that CGC's grade will reflect the condition of the entire book, not just the outside front cover. That is all. Lightning55
It does look like a long, fine, color-breaking crease. That would do it. RockMyAmadeus

Might be the snark in the explanation? Just pointing out the crease would be enough. RockMyAmadeus

Seriously, you posted only a front cover image of a book you have in hand and can examine properly. RockMyAmadeus
