After the initial typical intro, "if i know the party's extension you may dial it at anytime to leave a message, otherwise please listen to the following options:

employee directory press 1 to hear menu again press 2." If I press 2 it will repeat the that over again. What if people do not know the extension or employee directory? The current options are pretty thin given that message.
