Thanks Lyndsey. I'm using macOS Ventura 13.1. Mac Safari version 16.2. Both are the latest versions, I think.

@IrishPrince my web team has looked into this and they're not finding any issues. They suggested that you log completely out of your account, clear your cache and cookies and then hard refresh your browser. Instructions for the hard refresh can be found here: https://fabricdigital.co.nz/blog/how-to-hard-refresh-your-browser-and-clear-cache
