Projected Lag time between PO BOX pickup and checking in the submission 0

What's the projected lag time between you guys picking up the package at the PO BOX and actually checking the submission in?

Thank you for your email. Packages can be delivered to our PO box and wait up to 2 weeks before being received into our system. This however does not include In-House Signings. These packages can wait a longer time frame. To be sure we have your package, please check your tracking number into our system HERE to confirm it was received by our team and is waiting to be opened. Let us know if you have any other questions!

The package was picked up on January 30th. It does not yet show up as received.
