According to Mike's grade distribution table, only 101 players completed Round 2 (down from 114 at sign-up and 107 in Round 1).  Here are the key measures of central tendency for this round (Mean = the average grade; Median = the middle grade in a numerically rank-ordered list; Mode = the most common grade):

The Board scored 103 bulls-eyes in Round 2 (20% of all grades submitted, compared to an average of 20% in 2022 Grading Contests #1 thru 4).  Here are a few other notable observations based on the data reported above:

• Book #06 (Shock SuspenStories #9):  A relatively easy book for the Board as a whole with 28% of the contestants at the same grade as CGC and 67% within one grade increment of CGC.  Collectively, the Board was almost one grade increment more critical than CGC (4.6 vs 5.0). 
• Book #07 (Sub-Mariner #36):  The easiest book for the Board as a whole, with 30% of the contestants at the same grade as CGC and 77% within one grade increment of CGC.  Collectively, the Board was about one-half grade increment more lenient than CGC (2.3 vs 2.0).
• Book #08 (Wonder Woman #159):  The toughest book for the Board as a whole, with only 9% of the contestants at the same grade as CGC and only 27% within one grade increment of CGC.  Collectively, the Board was three grade increments more lenient than CGC (6.0 vs 4.5).  Suh-wing, batta batta!     
• Book #09 (Strange Tales #180):  Another relatively easy book for the Board as a whole, with 18% of the contestants at the same grade as CGC and 66% within one grade increment of CGC.  Collectively, the Board was about one-half grade increment more lenient than CGC (7.7 vs 7.5).
• Book #10 (Showcase #94):  Yet another relatively easy book for the Board as a whole, with 18% of the contestants at the same grade as CGC and 53% within one grade increment of CGC.  Collectively, the Board agreed with CGC (5.5 vs 5.5).
