I notice when i made my first submission there was no discount applied. Was wrong or did i miss something. My submissions #’s 4198601 & 4198602. At that time your 2023-24 credit was applied to your submission before charging you for these books. Unfortunately, we could not apply your 2022-23 credit because it had expired before we received this submission. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
