I didn't see this in the order creation drop down list. It was included with the World of Warcraft Burning Crusade Collector's Edition along with the 3 other TCG cards (confirmed that those are in the list). It is a good looking foil card that I would want to have graded with the other three:

 

Note that there was a card like this also included with the Wrath of the Lich King CE, but I do not have that one.
